Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in Athens, TX, based out of Tyler, TX. This position would focus on Home Health Sales and work in the field Fulltime Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Essential Job Functions 

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources 
• Promote Pathfinder Home Health services to drive patient referrals
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Coordinate marketing events, in-services, and community outreach
• Track and report referral trends and outcomes

Requirements   

• Proven experience in marketing; home health background preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel; tech-savvy with basic smartphone and social media use
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Team player with strong emotional intelligence and a positive, growth-minded attitude
• Creative thinker; graphic design or video platform experience is a plus
